With the help of Marg Software, the user can filter the ledgers on the basis of the value of their outstanding amount. Suppose user needs to view all those Debtor Party ledgers whose balance are of more than Rs 1000.

In order to filter Debtor Ledger on the basis of amount, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > Debtors Ledgers. 

• A 'Select Group' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on 'Sundry Debtors'.

• A 'Sundry Debtors' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F7' key to filter the ledgers on the basis of amount.

• In 'Debtors >=' the user will mention the amount for which the debtor needs to be viewed.

• Suppose the user needs to view the ledgers whose outstanding amount will be of more than Rs 1000. So mentioned '1000'.

• Then press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user can view the ledger will get filtered on the basis of mentioned amount.

• Press 'Alt+P' key to print the report.

• A 'Print List' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement and click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that all the debtors of entered amount will get displayed.
