• Firstly, go to Books > Debtors Ledgers.

• A 'Select Groups' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Sundry Debtors' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Sundry Debtors' Ledger window will get displayed.
• The user will press 'Tab' key.

• A 'Search' window will appear.
• In 'Station' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• A 'Select Station' window will appear.
• The user will select station whose outstanding report needs to be view.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular station or Press Asterisk '*' to select All station. 

• Suppose select 'Agra, Ahemdabad, Ajmer and press 'Enter' key.

• Again, press 'Enter' key.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print List' window will appear.
• In 'Outstanding Detail' option, the user will select 'Yes'.
• Click on 'View/Print/Excel' option as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Selected Station wise Debtor Outstanding Report will get Generated in Marg Software.

Alternative Solution:-

Go to Books > All Ledger > All ledger window will be appear > Press TAB Key > Search window will be appear > Select Station---"Y" & select station and Group---"Y" & then select group as Sundry debtor > Press enter for view then Station wise debtors outstanding list will be appear > Then press Alt+P then click on View/Excel/Print as per the requirement.
