Process to Map Marg ERP Products through Retailio Mapping

OVERVIEW OF PRODUCT MAPPING IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Marg ERP has provided a very beneficial & time saving feature of ‘Retailio Mapping’ through which retailers can easily map single and multiple/bulk products in a few clicks & this is a one-time process.

PROCESS TO MAP MARG ERP PRODUCTS THROUGH RETAILIO MAPPING

Firstly, the retailer needs to link Marg ERP with Retailio App.

• Click on ‘Digital Entry’ from the left side of the home screen in Marg ERP Software.

• An ‘Order, Receipt & Purchase Process’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Retailio Mapping’ option.

• As the user will click on the option, the list of all the unmapped products created in the Marg ERP Software will get displayed don the left side of the window.

• The user can also view the Total no. of products and out of which how many are mapped and how many are unmapped products.

• In order to map products one by one, the user will click on the ‘Map’ icon given against that particular product.

• Then all the products available in the Retailio will get displayed related to that selected product.

• Now the user will click on the ‘Map’ icon against that Retailio product that needs to be mapped with the selected product Marg ERP.

• The user can view that the product has been mapped.

• So, in this way the user can one by one map the products as per the requirement.

• Now in order to map multiple products at once, click on ‘Bulk Upload’ button.

• An ‘SMS Updation’ window will appear.

• Mention the registered Mobile No. as per the requirement.

• The user can view that the data has started updating on the server.

• The user can view that the data has started downloading from the server.

• The user can also view that when the bulk products get mapped, then a message will be received on the registered mobile number, i.e., how many products have got mapped.

• After that, the user will click on ‘Bulk Download’ button and can download all the mapped products as per the requirement.
