In Marg ERP Software, if while Importing Bills through Digital Entry, another party name pick then this can be due to the wrong mapping of party names while importing. The user can easily resolve this issue.

In order to pick the correct party, the user needs to follow the following steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Mapping > Mapped Parties List.

• The user can view another party name 'MargMart' is mapped.
• Press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will select the party name with whom the mapping needs to be done.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' to save it.

• Thereafter, the user will click on 'Generate Bill'.

• The user can view correct party will get auto pick.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view while Importing the Bill through Digital correct party will get displayed in Marg Software.
