Introduction of My Preferred Doctor in Digital Health QR Code in Marg ERP Software

In Marg ERP Software, the user can set My Preferred Doctor to get extra benefits. After setting the preferred doctor, whenever the user scans the Health QR Code, the booking site will show the selected doctor first while booking an appointment. This saves time, improves patient convenience, ensures continuity of care, provides faster consultations, and enhances customer satisfaction and trust.

Process to Set My Preferred Doctor in Digital Health QR Code in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Digital > Healthcare QRCode > My Preferred Doctor.

• The user will enter all the required details as per the requirement.

a. Doctor Name: Enter the full name of the doctor you want to register as your preferred doctor.

b. Appointment Mobile No: The user will enter the doctor’s official mobile number used for booking appointments.

c. Doctor Timing Morning: The user will define the doctor’s morning consultation start and end time.

d. Doctor Timing Evening: The user will select the evening consultation start and end time for patient visits.

e. Pincode: The user will enter the pincode of the area where the doctor’s clinic is located.

f. Doctor Fees: The user will mention the consultation charges taken by the doctor.

g. Email ID: Provide the doctor’s email address for digital communication.

h. Address: The user will enter the complete clinic or hospital address of the doctor.
