If Bills does not display on TV Display Bill Scroll window in Marg Software, then this issue can be resolved.

The only Urgent bills will be displayed on TV Display Bill Scroll window in Dispatch Management and it will get auto scroll. 

In order to resolve this issue, the user will enter the remark i.e. Urgent at the time of billing by following the below steps:

• Go to Transaction >> Sale.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which the user will Select ‘Party’ as per the requirement.

• Then select the item.

• Then press ‘Tilde’ key.

• A ‘Message’ window will appear in which the user will select these products having By Hand delivery or not.

• Suppose select ‘Yes’.

• The user can view bill remark, ‘By Hand’ will be picked by default,

• Now  the user will change it with 'Urgent'.

• Then press ‘Ctrl+W’ and click on ‘Yes’ to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the urgent bills will get displayed on TV Display Bill Scroll window.
