In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of opening Dispatch Management alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option' then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Bill Audit' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Dispatch Managment 1-view 2-All Point 3-Print 4-Packing 5-Delivery Print E-End 6-No' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.
• Suppose select '2'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• The user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily open Dispatch Management in Marg ERP Software.
