If cutter of the DMP Printer not Stop Automatically then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1
  • firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

  • A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

  • A 'Formats' window will appear.
  • The user will select Invoice Format- DMP. Press 'Enter'.

  • An 'Invoice Format- DMP' window will appear.
  • In ‘Format’, enter the name of the bill format.
  • Suppose mention 'CP'. Press 'Enter'.

  • Now go to 'Page Settings'.

  • A 'Page Setup' window will appear in which the user will click on 'Next'.

  • An 'Invoice Format window will appear.
  • The user will search 'Cutter' and click on 'Accept'.

  • An 'Invoice Format Cutter' window will appear.
  • In 'Activate Page Cutter Y-By Batch File  A-Auto', the user will select 'Auto'.

  • The user will press 'ESC' key thrice.

After following the above steps, the cutter of DMP printer will stop automatically at the time of printing.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Printer Setup.

2. A 'Printer Setup' window will appear. Click on 'Edit'.

3. In 'Reset ZeroTear' set 'Frmt-1'.Press 'Enter' key.

4. Then cursor will stop on 'Forward Line' user needs to feed '9'.

5. Now, Press twice 'PageDown' key.

6. Click on 'Exit' Tab.

7. In next window user will press 'Yes' for changes.

Note: After following the above steps user needs to take IMP Backup.
