If the Challan and Estimate format options are not display on the self format window then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press Enter.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• Now, a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- DMP. Press Enter.

• An 'Invoice Format- DMP' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format in which the challan and estimate format are not display.

• Suppose, Enter “DG”. Press Enter.

• Select ‘Page Settings’. 

• A 'Page Setup' window will appear.

• Click on 'Next' button.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear in which the user Search "Challan".

• Click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format Challan' window will appear.

• In 'Required Separate Format for Invoice, Challan & Estimate' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the challan and estimate formats will get enabled on the self format window.
