How to view Dump Stock Report in Marg software ?

OVERVIEW OF DUMP STOCK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

  • Dump Stock is the stock which has not been used since a long time.
  • In Marg ERP Software, with the use of Dump Stock option the user can view the dump stock report.

PROCESS OF DUMP STOCK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

    • Firstly, Go to Stocks > Dump Stock. Press Enter.

    • A Dump Stock window will appear.
    • In ‘Stock as On’, the user will enter the date until which date to view the Dump stock report.
    • Suppose, enter “31.03.2020”. Press Enter.

    • Now in ‘Selected company’ the user will choose whether to evaluate the stock company wise or not as ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ respectively.
    • Suppose,selects 'Yes'.

    • Now if selected ‘Yes’, a Select Company window will appear.
    • To select company, press space bar to select single company or press (*) key to select all companies .Press Enter.

    • Now in ‘Dump Stock On’ the user will choose whether to evaluate the dump stock 'Batch wise or Item wise' respectively.

    • Then press Escape key.
    • Next in ‘Dump Stock on Days’, the user will specify that since how many days the stock has been kept dump.
    • Suppose, the user wants to view the Dump stock of last 60 days then the user will enter here “60”.

    • The ‘Selected Salt’ field is applicable for the users dealing in medicines and drugs.
    • Now, suppose the user does not want report salt wise, then select ‘No’

    • Now in ‘More Options’ if the user selects ‘yes’ then a More Options for Dump Stock.
    • Suppose,selects 'No' and click on 'Accept'.

    The user can now view that a Closing Stock window is displayed and Dump stock report can be viewed.

    Ans.2

    1. Go to Daily Reports > Inventory Reports > Dump Stock Report. Press Enter

    2. A Store list window will appear. Select store and then press Enter on it.

    3. A  Print window will appear in which the user will select Simple List .

    4. Next a report window will appear. In 'As on date', the user will enter the date until when to view the dump stock report.

    5. Then click on View tab.

    6. Now, a Select Company window will appear. Press space bar to select company then press enter on it.

    After following the above steps the dump stock report will appear.
