If Item HSN Code display instead of Item name while Printing E-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

Note: This option will only work on the New Bills which will be created after enabling the option.

    • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


    • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
    • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

    • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'HSN Code'.
    • Now click on ‘Accept’.

    • A 'HSN Code' window will appear.
    • In 'E-Invoice Y-Hsn Code I-Item wise N-No (Tax% Only)' option, the user will select 'I'.

    • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

    • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

    After following the above steps, the software will not show HSN code in Item name field.

    Ans.2

    1. Go to GST > GSTR Settings.

    2. A 'GST Settings' window will appear. The user will select 'EInvoice Settings'.

    3. An 'e-Invoice Details' window will appear. Click on 'Edit'.

    3. In 'E-Invoice Y-HSN Code I-Item wise N-No (Tax % only)', the user will select 'Y'.

    4. Now click on 'Save'.
