If ' Some error Occur while connecting to Server ' alert appear while uploading e-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of uploading e invoice, the software shows an alert of 'Some error Occur while connecting to Server' then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Go to GST > GSTR Settings.

  • The user will select 'E Invoice Settings'.

  • An ‘eInvoice Details’ window will appear.
  • Click on 'Edit'.

a. Select Your GSP: Select the 'Pinnacle Finserve Advisors Pvt. Ltd.'.

b. eInvoice Login Username & Password: Mention the Username and Password which is created at the time of API Integration.

Click on 'Save' button.

Note: If the error is still showing the same then the user needs to update the GST Patch in the software. Click here to Update GST Patch.

After following the above steps, the alert of 'Some error Occur while connecting to Server' will get resolved while uploading E-Invoice in Marg Software.
