If an alert of 'Error from IRP Application error' appears at the time of generating e-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause: This issue appears if the user has not mentioned the Mandatory Details in the each section at the time of generating e-Invoice in Marg Software.

Solution :

  • Therefore, the user needs to fill all the mandatory details by clicking on the 'Edit' icon against each section.
  • Suppose the user needs to edit 'Buyer Details', so click on 'Edit' Icon.

  • Then the user can view all the necessary details of the buyer where the user will click on 'Edit'.

  • The user will mention the all the details with fields with (*) Mark.
  • Then click on 'Save'.

  • Then an alert of 'Information Successfully Saved!' appear.

  • Similarly, the user will mention the Dispatch and Shipment Details as per the requirement.
After following the above steps, the alert of 'Error from IRP Application error' will not appear at the time of generating e-Invoice in Marg Software.
