If 'IRP this Hsn does not belong to Goods' error appear at the time of Generating e-Invoice of Credit Note then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appears at the time of generating e-Invoice of credit note if the mentioned HSN is of 'Service' but the user has created HSN under 'Goods.'

Solution:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Inventory Master > HSN/SAC Master .

  

  • A 'Select HSN/SAC' window will appears.
  • The user will press 'F3' key on HSN which is showing error.
  • Suppose select '45654345'

  • A 'HSN/SAC Detail' window will appear.
  • In 'Type' field, the user will select 'Service'.

  • Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the 'IRP this Hsn does not belong to Goods' error will not appear at the time of Generating e-Invoice of Credit Note in Marg Software.
