If ‘Error from IRP the State field is Required’ error appear at the time of generating e-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
Cause :
This issue appears if the user has not mentioned in State in the Dispatch Details at the time of generating e-Invoice.
In order to resolve this error, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- On 'e-Invoice Generation' window, the user will place check Mark against 'Details Excluded' of 'Dispatch Details'.
- An 'Address' window will appear.
- In 'State' field, the user will mention the state as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention 'Uttar Pradesh'.
- Then click on 'Okay'.
After following the above steps, the software will not display the alert of ‘Error from IRP the State field is Required’ at the time of generating e-invoice in Marg Software.
