If e-Invoice QR Code doesn't Scan at the time of Bill Printing then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

In order to Scan QR Code, the user needs to Download the App through e-Invoice portal to Scan QR Code.

In order to download the App, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Help > Tools > Verify QR Code App.

  • A 'QR Code Verify App' window will appear.
  • Select the Android / IOS version of Mobile, in which the user needs to install the App.
  • Suppose select 'Android (V2.4.1)'.

  • In 'Enter Mobile No.', the user will mention the mobile Number.
  • Then click on 'Submit'.

  • An alert of 'OTP has been sent to your Register mobile no. Please check and enter' will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

  • In 'Enter OTP', the user will mention the OTP which is received on mentioned Mobile number
  • Click on 'Verify OTP'.

  • An alert of 'Successful Sent QR Code Verfy App APK to your Mobile no.' will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Ok'.

  • The user will receive the link to Download the App on the Registered mobile no.

After following the above steps, the user can Scan the QR Code through the Downloaded App.
