If ' Error from IRP Invalid Pincode ' error appears at the time of generating e-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appears when the user have mentioned wrong Pincode or Alphabets in Buyers or Seller Details.

Solution:

The user needs to mention correct Pincode in the Buyer's or Seller Details.

Suppose Buyer's Pincode is worng mention, so the user needs to feed correct Pincode in Buyer's details.

In order to Feed Buyer's Pincode Details, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Click on Edit Icon (as shown in below image).

  • A 'Buyer's Details window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Edit'.

  • In 'Pin' option, the user will mention the correct Pincode of the Buyer.
  •  Click on 'Save'.
  • Suppose mention '110035'.

  • Similarly, if Seller's Pincode is wrong the the user needs to feed correct Pincode in the Seller's Details.
After following the above steps, the user error of  'Error from IRP Invalid Pincode' will get resolved at the time of generating e-Invoice.
