How to Generate Single eInvoice in PDF Format in Marg Software ?

• Go to GST > Generate eInvoice.

• An 'eInvoice Summary' window will appear.

• In 'Period' option, the user will feed the Date Range as per the requirement and click on 'Show'.

• Suppose mention '01-04-2022' and '30-04-2022'.

• In 'Filter' option, the user will select 'Uploaded'.

• All Uploaded eInvoice will appear.

• The user will click on 'Print' in front of Particular eInvoice which the user needs to Print.

• A 'Marg Preview' window will appear.

• The user will Double click on 'Print' Dropdown.

• A 'Printer' window will appear.

• In 'Name' option, the user will select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and click on 'Ok'.

 

After following the above steps, the user can view e-Invoice will get generate in PDF Format in Marg Software.
