How to Generate Single eInvoice in PDF Format in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to GST > Generate eInvoice.
- An 'eInvoice Summary' window will appear.
- In 'Period' option, the user will feed the Date Range as per the requirement and click on 'Show'.
- Suppose mention '01-04-2022' and '30-04-2022'.
- In 'Filter' option, the user will select 'Uploaded'.
- All Uploaded eInvoice will appear.
- The user will click on 'Print' in front of Particular eInvoice which the user needs to Print.
- A 'Marg Preview' window will appear.
- The user will Double click on 'Print' Dropdown.
- A 'Printer' window will appear.
- In 'Name' option, the user will select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and click on 'Ok'.
