If ' GSTIN is Invalid / Unregistered ' error display while uploading e - Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears due to some reason Party GST no is discontinued and after some time party continues it again.

Solution:

In order to resolve the ' GSTIN is Invalid / Unregistered ', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Click on 'Search' menu.

  • Now the user will click on 'Tax Payer / GSTIN'.

  • A 'Taxpayer Search' window will appear.
  • In 'GSTIN' option, the user will mention the Party GST No whose e-Invoice not uploading.

  • Now mention the captcha and click on 'Go' button.

  • Thereafter, party details will appear. Click on 'Update From GST Common Portal'.

After following the above steps, the 'GSTIN is Invalid / Unregistered ' error will get resolved while uploading e-Invoice in Marg Software.
