Process to Send Email Default While Billing

Overview: In Marg software the user can directly send email to their customers after creating bill.

If user want that after creating bills email should be directly sent to their customers then follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Email-Setup’. Press Enter.

• An 'Email-setup' window will appear.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Email-Setup' window will appear.

• In ' Ask Party wise Y-Yes N-Use as Default A-Auto Decide’ the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

By following these steps the user can send email by default While Billing.
