When search sale invoice with the characters present in the middle of the series then software does not show that bills in the result?
In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow the below steps:
1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.
3. Search “Bill Search”. Now click on‘Accept’.
4. A Bill search window will appear. In ‘Default Search word in Bill’, the user needs to enter bill series special character which is showing starting of the bill number.
For eg: If Bill number is 'A-000005', then the user has to mention "A-" beside the below option.
5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
After following the above steps user can search bill number without special character.
