How to Enable Indication if Item Repeat while Billing in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can enable the indication if the items are selected more than one in the bill.

In order to enable indication for Item Repeat in Bill, the user needs to follow the steps below:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • The user will search 'Item Repeat' and click on the 'Accept' button.

In 'Indicate -> Item Repeat in Bill I-Indicate Y-Wait A-Ask forcefully' option, the user will select options as per the requirement.

a. I-Indicate: Select the option if the user needs software to only indicate for repeated items.

b. Y-Wait: Select the option if need software to Ask for allowing repeated items.

c. A-Ask forcefully: Select the option if need software to Ask forcefully for allowing repeated items.

Suppose select 'I'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the software will start indicating 'Item Repeated on Record No. 1' while loading same Item in the bill in Marg ERP Software.
