If 'E-Mail' window does not display while Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Email'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- An 'Ask Email' window will appear
- In 'E-Mail/Whatsapp Ask on 1-New & Modify Bill 2-Bill Audit 3-Modify Bill' the user will select '1'.
- In 'If Ask E-Mail/Whatsapp=1/2, Send Default Y-Yes N-Ask' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps, Send E-Mail window will get enabled at the time of Billing in Marg Software.
