If cursor does not wait on ' Mail Send On ' while changing Ledger SMS / Email settings then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
In Marg Software while changing Ledger SMS/E-Mail settings if cursor not wait on 'Mail Send On' then it can be resolved easily.
In order to wait on 'Mail Send On', the user needs to follow the below steps.
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘E-Mail/Whatsapp Setup’.
- A 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear.
- In ‘Ask Party wise Y-Yes N-Use as Default A-Auto Decide’, the user will select ‘Y’.
- The user will press 'ESC' key twice.
- Click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view cursor is waiting on 'Mail Send On' while changing Ledger SMS/E-Mail settings in Marg Software.
