• On the main screen of the software press 'Alt+X' key.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected company and select 'Backup of Financial Year'.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key on the selected financial year.

• In 'Email Backup' option, the user will select 'Change'.

• In 'Bakcup on Email' option, the user will mention the Mail ID on which the backup needs to be sent.

• In 'Port' option, the user will select 'SMTP'.

• Mention port number '465'.

• In 'Server Name' option, the user will mention 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com'.

• In 'Sender Email ID' option, the user will mention the Yahoo ID through which the Backup needs to be sent.

Note: The 'Sender Email' or 'Mail ID' (on which the backup needs to be sent) can be the same.

• The user will generate a Password for Yahoo instead of entering the actual Mail ID password.

• To generate the Password Login to 'Yahoo Account'.

• Click on 'Profile' icon.

• Now the user will click on 'Add or manage accounts'.

• Now click on 'Account info'.

• The user will go to 'Security' tab.

• Scroll down the page and click on 'Generate app Password'.

• Click on 'Get Started'.

• The user will mention 'MARG ERP' and click on 'Done' button.

• The user can view passwords will be generated.
• Copy this password and save it for future use and click on 'Done'.

Note: This Password will only show once, that's why save it for future use.

• Now type the generated password (Without Space) instead of entering the Yahoo Mail Password.

• Now press 'PageDown' key.

• An alert of 'Backup upload on E-Mail Successfully' will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can Send Financial Year Backup on Yahoo ID in Marg Software.
