Follow the below steps to send ledger details with the protected password:-

1. Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > E-Mail Setup > Click on Accept > There is one option shown > "E-Mail Ledger in excel protected with Party Password" ---Change that option as "Y" > Then press esc key and save. 

2. Go to Books > All ledger > Party ledger window will be appear > Press "F3" on selected party > Click on Other details > There is a option shown of Protective Password > Feed password as per the requirement > Then press Ctrl+W for save.

3. Then press Esc key > Press enter on selected ledger > Feed date range & click on ledger > Selected date ledger transaction will be appear > Then click on E-Mail sign for mail ledger transaction.

4. At the time of download send mail excel ask password > Receiver party have to feed the password(which is define in ledger other details).
