In Marg ERP Software user can directly send the email to their customer after creating bill but if user needs to disable the window of E-Mail softcopy and E-mail PDF as shown below then the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘E-Mail/Whatsapp Setup’.

• An 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear.

• The user will click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• An 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear

• In ‘E-Mail Soft Copy of Invoice Y-Both, I-Issue, R-Receive’, the user will select 'N'.

• In ‘E-Mail PDF format of Invoice Y-Both, I-Issue, R-Receive’, the user will select ‘N’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then to Save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’.

After following the above steps, the user can disable the window of 'Email soft copy' and 'Email PDF' in Marg Software.
