It means that when an e-Way bill is been created and the user is aware that the e-Way bill is wrongly been created or is duplicate or need to cancel the consignment then in that case the user has to cancel that particular e-Way bill.

Note: The e-Way bill can be cancelled within 24 hours only.

• In order to cancel the e-Way Bill, go to e-Way >> Cancel e-Way Bill.

• A ‘Cancel e-Way Bill’ window will appear.

• The user will select the bill which needs to be cancelled.

•  Then click on ‘Cancel e-Way’.

• The user will mention the reason here for cancelling this e-Way Bill.

• Then enter the remarks and click on ‘Update’ then bill will get cancelled.

• Now, the bill which is been cancelled will be shown in Red Color.
