If an alert of ' Error Regenerating Auth. Token ' appears while uploading e - Way then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

1. The user needs to Regenerate GSP Password.

2. This alert appears if the user has mentioned the wrong login credentials of e-Way Bill in Marg Software.

3. This issue can also appear when there is any space left before the User ID of the e-Way Bill.

Solution:

In order to resolve 'Error Regenerating Auth. Token', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Now click on 'Login'.

  • The user will mention the User ID / Password and captcha of the E-Way Panel.
  • Click on 'Login'.

  • Go to Registration > For GSP.

  • Click on 'Send OTP'.

  • The user will mention the OTP and click on 'Verify OTP' button.

  • Now the user will select 'Change Password'.

  • The created User ID will get displayed, click on 'Change Password' for which password needs to be changed.

  • In 'Password'mention the New Password as per the requirement.

  • In 'Re-enter Password' option, again mention the new password.
  • Click on 'Change Password' button.

  • The user will open the software and go to e-Way > Login Details.

  • Click on ‘Edit’.

  • Now the user will mention the Username and New Password generated for GSP registration.
  • Click on 'Save' button.

Note: The user needs to make sure that there should not any space before the 'User Name'.

After following the above steps, the alert of 'Error Regenerating Auth. Token' will get resolved while Uploading e-Way Bill in Marg Software.
