If ‘Upload’ option does not display at the time of generating e-Way bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause:

The 'Upload' option does not show in e-Way Bill if the user haven’t mention the Login Credentials in Marg Software.

If ‘Upload’ option does not display at the time of generating e-Way bill then it can be easily enable in Marg Software.

In order to enable Upload option in e-Way Bill, the user need to follow the below steps:

  • Go to e-Way >> Login Details

  • A ‘Marg alert’ window will appear.
  • The user will click on ‘No’.

  • A ‘MISC Gst Login Credentials’ window will appear.
  • The user will click on ‘Edit’ button.

  • The user will mention the User name which is been received at the time of  GSP registration and the password as provided.

Note: These are the credentials of e-Way bill, and it is not necessary that these credentials of e-Way bill are those which are of actual NIC portal. These can be different. 

  • Then click on ‘Save’.

  • An Pop-up of ‘Information successfully saved !!!!’ will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the 'Upload' option will get enabled in e-Way Bill.
