• Go to Masters > Ease of GST > Party GST No./State Updation

• A 'Party Master' window will appear in which the user can view all the party's GST No. details. 

• Now, the user needs to press 'F5' key to filter the parties on the basis of with or without GST NO.

A 'Filter' window will appear.

The user will select the basis of filtration as per the requirement, i.e. filter with GST,Filter W/o GST etc.

a. Filter with GST: Select when user needs to view those parties only which are registered in GST or have GST no.

b. Filter w/o GST: Select when user needs to view those parties only which are unregistered or have do not have any GST no.

c. Filter Verified: Select when user needs to view those parties only whose details of the GST are exactly same in the software with the details that customers has registered on the govt GST portal.

Suppose select 'Filter with GSTN'.

After following the above steps, the Party Report with GST No. will get generated in Marg Software.
