How to Change Rate of Items in Marg ERP 9+ Software

Overview

In order to change the rate of the items in Marg ERP 9+ Software, go to Masters > Ease of GST Adoption > Item GST%/HSN/RATES Updation

Click “Accept”

Press F6 Function key.

The user will now go to Rate ± column and define the percentage which the user needs to increase or decrease. For example, if the user needs to decrease the percentage by 7% then define -7 and if the user needs to increase the percentage by 7% then specify 7 as shown below.

Then define the HSN Code.

 Press Escape and a Tax Structure window will be displayed.

Now, select “Both” and “Sales+Purc+Cost” for “± Rate Effect on” option for saving the changes. Then press Enter and the rates will be changed.
