If while opening Tax % and HSN / SAC ' Not Authorised ' alert appear then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if while opening Tax% & HSN/SAC an alert of ' Not Authorised ' appears then this issue can be resolved easily.

Suppose go to Reports > Management Reports > Multi Editing > Tax% & HSN/SAC.

  • The user can view ' Not Authorised ' alert will get displayed.

In order to resolve 'Not Authorised' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changesPress 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear.
  • The user will search 'Multi' and click on 'Accept'.

  • A 'Multi' window will appear.
  • In 'Multi Deletion/Editing' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Not Authroised' alert will get resolved which appears while opening Tax% & HSN/SAC in Marg Software.
