Overview: - In Marg ERP Software, the user can export and import data from excel according to their requirement. In order to import party GST No. and State Code from excel the user will follow the below steps:

Firstly, the user needs to export all parties in excel. To know the process of export please click on given link  shorturl.at/kBFKM

• Now, Go to Masters > Ease of GST > Party GST No./State Updation. Press Enter.

• A Party Master window will appear. Press 'F10' function key on it.

• Then a Bill window will appear in which user will select "Import" and the press Enter key twice on it.

• Then a alert of 'Only you can import GSTIN, State & Type' window will appear. Click on Ok.

• A 'Select HSN Code Master File' window will appear in which the user will select excel file which was exported through the software.

• Click on 'Select'.

• Now, a Import window will appear. Press Enter on it.

After following the above steps, the user can import Party's GST No. & State Code from excel.
