• Go to Reports > Stock and Sales.

A 'Report Filters' window will appear.

In 'Report' field, the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. All: Select the option to view both Master and Batch wise report.

b. Master: Select the option to view Master wise report.

c. Batch: Select the option to view Batch wise report.

Suppose select 'Master'.

• In 'Distributor' field, the user will select the distributor whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• In 'Period' field, the user will select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Last Month'.

Note: To view a report based on the selected date, select the 'Custom Date' option.

• In 'Division Wise' field, the user will place a check-mark if needs to be viewed division-wise.
• Suppose skip it for now.

• Now the user will click on 'Apply' button.

• The report as per the mentioned period will be displayed, to view the report in detail click on the view Icon.

• The user can view the report in detail.

• The user can also export the reports for a selected distributor in Excel.
• Click on Export Icon.

• A Confirm pop-up will appear, click on 'Yes' button.

• The user can view reports for selected distributors will be exported in Excel.

• If the user needs to view the report in Detail/Summary view, it can be viewed as per the requirement.

• The user can also export reports for Multiple Distributor in Excel.
• Place a check-mark on the distributor whose report needs to be exported.
• Click on 'Export to Excel' button.

• A 'Confirm' pop-up will appear, click on 'Yes' button.

• A Zip File of will get generated, where the user can view separate Excel files for both distributors.
