• Go to Reports > Sales and Sales Return.

A 'Report Filters' window will appear.

In 'Report' field, the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. All: Select the option to view both Sale and Sale Return report.

b. Sale: Select the option to view only Sale report.

c. Sale Return: Select the option to view only Sale Return report.

Suppose select 'Sale'.

• In 'Distributor' field, the user will select the distributor whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select Multiple Distributor.

• In 'Period' field, the user will select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'This Month'.

Note: To view a report based on the selected date, select the 'Custom Date' option.

• Now the user will click on 'Apply' button.

• The user can view the report will get display.

• Click on 'Column Selected' dropdown to Filter the column as per the requirement.

• Suppose the user needs to remove 'Dist. code' column.

• Uncheck the 'Dist. code' option.

• The user can view 'Dis. Code' column will get removed.

• Click on 'Export to Excel' button to Export the report in Excel Format.

• A Confirm pop-up will appear, click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale and Sale Return report of MR Panel will get Export to Excel in Marg Ecod Secure.
