• Go to Reports > Pin Summary Report.

• In 'Distributor' field, the user will select the distributor whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Demo Manoj Traders'.

• In 'Pin' field, the user will select the pin code as per the requirement for which report needs to be view.
• Suppose select '440001'.

• In 'Period' field, the user will select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Financial Year'.

Note: To view a report based on the selected date, select the 'Custom Date' option.

• Now the user will click on 'Apply' button.

• The user can view the report will get displayed.

• Click on 'Columns Selected' dropdown to Filter the column as per the requirement.

• Suppose the user needs to remove 'Dist. code' column.

• Uncheck the 'Dist. code' option.

• The user can view 'Dis. Code' column will be removed.

• Click on 'Export to Excel' button to Export the report in Excel Format.

• A Confirm pop-up will appear, click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Pin Code wise Sale Summary of MR Panel will get Export to Excel in Marg Ecod Secure.
