In Marg Software, if the user needs to delete the only On Account Ledger oustanding of All Party then it can be done easily.

Suppose view Oustanding of 'A2Z Pharmacy' is '1038'.

In order to delete On Account Ledger oustanding of All Party, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Edit Outstanding > On Account Delete Ledger O/s.

A 'On Account: Delete Ledgers O/s' window will appear.

a. Ledger Outstanding: Select option if needs to delete only Ledger Outstanding of On Account Party.

b. Other Outstanding: Select option if needs to delete Stock Issue Outstanding On Account Party.

c. Both Outstanding: Select option if needs to delete both Ledger and Stock Issue Outstanding On Account Party.

Suppose select 'Both outstanding'.

• A 'Both Oustanding' window will appear.
• The user will type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key.

• A pop-up of 'On Ledger outstanding deleted' will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view only On Account Ledger oustanding will get delete of All Party in Marg Software.
