In order to Convert All Ledger Balancing Method from On-Account to Bill by Bill in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

•  Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Edit Outstanding > On Account: Convert Bill-By-Bill/FIFO.

• An 'On Account: Convert Bill' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Bill by bill'.

• An 'On Account: Convert bill by bill /FiFo Bill by bill' window will appear.

• Now the user will select 'FIFO Adjustment' from the drop down.

• Then type 'Sure' then press 'Enter'.

After following the above steps, an on account balancing method gets changed with Bill by Bill.
