In order to Edit Outstanding Balance of Particular Ledger without any effect on Ledger Transaction, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Suppose there are 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' Ledger whose Total outstanding is Rs.3361. of two bills.

• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Edit Outstanding > Manual Edit : Edit Party Outstanding.

• A 'Manual Edit: Edit Party Outstanding' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' on 'Ledger Outstanding'. 

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear where the user will select ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• The user will press 'Enter' on the bill whose outstanding balance need to be edit.

• Suppose select 'T0000027'.

• Now the user will replace the outstanding with zero. Press 'ESC' key to get exit from the window.

• Now go to Books > Outstandings > Party Wise.

• A 'Party Wise' window will appear.

• The user will mention as on Date upto which outstanding report needs to be viewed.

• Then select other filters as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

After following the above steps, Outstanding of the party will show with the adjusted balance without any adjustment of the selected transaction.
