In Marg ERP Software, the user can Add/Less Rate from the item as per the requirement at the time of billing, but if the user needs to disable this option for a particular item then it can be done.

In order to disable Rate Add/Less option for an item, the user will follow the steps below:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Edit Stock Balances > Rate Add/Less/F6 Work.

• Select item for which the Rate add less option needs to be disabled.
• Suppose select 'BECAP-CZ'.
• Press 'Enter' on it.

• In 'Rate Add/Less/F6 Work' option, the user will select 'No'.
• Then press 'Enter' on it.

After following the above steps, the Rate add/less (F6) work option will be disabled for the selected item in Marg ERP Software.
