In order to generate AWACS Data File, the user needs to follow the steps below: 

• Go to Reports > Electronic Data Exchange > AWACS

Now discuss in detail regarding the option in the AWACS Report:

a. Auto Generate On: The user will select as per the requirements.

b. Set Suppliers: The user will select as per the requirements.

c. S & S Companies: The user will select as per the requirements.

d. Sales Companies: The user will select as per the requirements.

e. Data Reminder: The user will select as per the requirements.

f. Code: The user will select as per the requirements.

g. User Name: The user will select as per the requirements.

h. Password: The user will select as per the requirements.

Tick the option that needs to be generated.

Suppose tick on all options.

i. From Date: Here the user will select the Starting date from which the user will generate the report.

j. To: Here the user will select the End date upto which the user will generate the report.

k. Auto Folder: Auto-generated folder shows here.

l. Manual Path: The user will mention the directory where the file will be saved.

Then, the user will select Generate Report option to generate a report.

After following the above steps, the user can generate the AWACS Data File in Marg ERP Software.
