• Go to Books > Entry Books > Receipt Book.

• A 'Receipt Book' window will appear

a. Date Range: The user will mention the date range from which to which the report needs to be exported in excel.

b. Select ledger: If report needs to be viewed for the selected ledger then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Suppose select 'No' and press 'Enter'.

• All the Receipt entries will appears where the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Printer Port' window will appear where the user will select printer port from the drop down and then click on 'Okay'.

• A 'Receipt Book Printing' window will appear select other filter options according to the requirement and then press 'Page down' key.

• Click on 'Excel' button.

• Now the user can view that the excel file is being generating in excel.

• The user can view that the file has been saved in the excel format.

After following the above steps, all the Receipt vouchers will get exported in Excel format.
