Overview: The Purchase book or Purchase day book contains the record of all the credit-purchases. It does not hold the record of purchase of assets.

In order to view the purchase voucher book, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Books > Entry Books > Purchase Book. Press Enter.

• A ‘Purchase Book’ window will appear in which the user will enter the date range as per the requirement. Press Enter.

• In ‘Purchase Book’ window all the purchase vouchers of the selected date range will appear on which the user needs to press Alt+P key.

• Then the software will ask for printer port in which the user will select the port as per the requirement.

• A ‘Purchase Book Printing’ window will appear.

• The user will select all the other options as per the requirement and then press ‘Page down’ key.

• The user will then click on View/print/excel as per the requirement.

• For Example: Click on View.

After following the above steps, the user can view the purchase voucher book
