How to export Journal voucher in PDF format in Marg Software?

• Go to Books > Entry Books > Journal Book. Press Enter.

• A Journal book window will appear in which user will Enter date range

• Press 'Enter' key twice.

• Then, again a Journal book window will appear.

• Press enter on selected entry which needs to be converted in PDF format.

• Click on 'Print Voucher'.

• Thereafter, a Report in Format window will appear. 

• Click on 'PDF' button.

• A Printer port window will appear where the user will select printer port from the drop down and then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the user can export Journal voucher in PDF Format.
