• Go to Books > Entry Books > Debit Note.

• A 'Debit Note' window will appear.

• The user will select the option as per the requirement i.e. entry date, ledger.

• A 'Debit Note Book' window will appear.

• The user will select the entry which needs to be export in PDF Format.

• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Voucher Modification' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Print Voucher' tab.

• A 'Report in Format' window will appear.

• The user will select 'PDF'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the selected Debit Note Voucher Exported in PDF Format in Marg Software.
