How to export Contra Voucher in PDF format in Marg Software ?

• Go to Books > Entry Books > Contra Book. Press Enter.

A Contra book window will appear in which user will Enter date range.

Press 'Enter' key twice.

• Then, again a Contra book window will appear.

• Press enter on selected entry which user wants to convert into PDF format.

• Click on 'Print Voucher'.

 

• Thereafter, a Report in Format window will appear.

• Click on 'PDF' button.

• A Printer port window will appear where the user will select printer port from the drop down and then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the contra voucher will get converted in PDF format.
