• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A ' Ledger Accounts' window will appear. Select Ledger then press 'Enter' key on it.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Ledger Display' window will appear. Feed date range.

• Then click on 'Ledger' tab.

• A selected Party Transaction window will appear. Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Controls' window will appear with multiple option in which the user can filter the report as per the requirement.

• Then click on View, Excel, Print etc.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Now the ledger transaction report will appear.

• The user will click on 'Email' icon at the bottom.

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.

• The user will select 'A/C' Ledger'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger to whom whatsapp needs to be send.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The Software will auto pick the Whatsapp number from ledger in 'Whatsapp' field.

• Then click on 'Email.'

After following the above steps, the user can send Ledger Transaction Report via Whatsapp in Marg Software.
