Process of Payment Book in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO PAYMENT BOOK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Books Menu In normal day to day working of a business several transactions takes place (like sale/purchase of goods or receipt/payment of cash, etc). To simplify these accounting entries several categories are created and transaction are categorized under them according to their nature.

• For instance, if a company makes a payment then a payment voucher would be created and this transaction would be recorded under the company’s payment book.

PROCESS OF PAYMENT BOOK IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Books > Entry Books > Payment Book.

• A 'Payment Book' window will appear.

• In ‘From’ and ‘To’ enter from which date to which date the user wants to view the Payment Book.

• Suppose, enter “01-04-2018” and “31-03-2019”. Press Enter.

• In ‘Selected Ledger’ the user will select whether or not to view the Payment Book of a selected ledger.

CASE -1 If the user selects ‘No’

• A 'Payment Book' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on any selected entry as per the requirement.

• The user can view its further details.

CASE-2 If the user selects ‘Yes’

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger.
• Suppose select ‘Saluja Medicine Centre’.

• A 'Payment Book' window will appear.

• Press Enter on any selected ledger if the user needs to view its further details.

After the following above steps, the user can view the Payment Book in Marg Software.
